Booking Conditions

The following Booking Conditions, together with all information relating to your villa holiday contained on this website or in our relevant brochure, form the basis of your contract with myfuertevillarentals.

1. Unless otherwise agreed the villa will be rented on a weekly basis with rentals normally starting on a Wednesday. In some instances other days may be arranged.

2. Prices are based on 6 sharing. Additional persons will be charged £50 per person per week up to a maximum occupancy of 8.

3. A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required upon confirmation of the booking. A £50 security/damage deposit is also required which will be returned upon receipt of the keys after the holiday and their being no damage to the property.

4. The balance is due six weeks before the start of the rental, except when condition 5 applies.

5. Where the booking is made with less than 4 weeks notice, the full rental will be due upon confirmation.

6. Cancellations will be charged at the following rates:

• 4 weeks or more notice: deposit only
• Less than 4 week’s notice: 25% of total cost
• Less than3 week’s notice: 50% of total cost
• Less than 2 week’s notice: 75% of total cost
• Less than 1 week’s notice: 100% of total cost

Cancellation date will be defined as the date upon when notice of cancellation is received.

7. The villa will be available from 14.00 on the first day of the rental period (unless otherwise agreed).

8. The villa must be vacated by 10.00 on the last day of the rental period (unless otherwise agreed).

9. No refunds will be made for late arrival or early departure.

10. Furnishings and fittings must be left in a similar condition to that in which they are found upon arrival. In the event of damage or loss, the client will be responsible for the cost of any repair or replacement.

11. Any breakages and damage that occur should be notified immediately to the agent. The situation will be viewed sympathetically as long as notification prior to the post-holiday inspection is given.

12. The owner or the agent reserves the right to inspect the property during the rental period. Any inspection will be by prior appointment with the client.

13. The client undertakes not to disturb the peace of the neighbourhood and, in particular, noise should be kept to an acceptable minimum between the hours of 22.30 and 09.00.

14. The rent is inclusive of standard utilities (electricity and water). Clean bed linen and towels are provided on a weekly basis. Towels are not to be taken outside the villa.

15. By placing a booking you are indicating that you agree to the terms and conditions set out above. Upon receipt of the final balance for your holiday - final confirmation will be provided along with further details about the villa, the agent, and obtaining keys.
