Location
The property is located approximately 200 metres from the cinema/shopping centre of the Tamaragua complex. The sports/social club is approximately 800 metres away, with a beautiful swimming pool, gym and tennis courts.
The town of Corralejo is 3 miles away, where there is a huge range of bars and restaurants that can cater for you every need. You will also be able to shop until you drop with shops like the Lacoste shop or the United Colours of Benneton. You can also visit the Baku water park, this is the only water park on the Island and it also has additional facilities in the complex including a golf driving range, ten pin bowling alley, bingo, bar/restaurant and a local market on Tuesdays and Fridays.
There are lots of beautiful beaches on the island including two beaches in Corralejo named Gale beach and Flag beach. There are also the beaches of El Cottillo, which is a windsurfers paradise or you can also visit the beaches in Caleta De Fuste. If you are not interested in the beach at Caleta De Fuste then you may want to visit the shopping centre or have a round of golf at the 2004 Spanish Open golf course Easy transfer to the house from the airport can be made either by Taxi, Bus or hire car, and this takes approx 30 mins.

Introduction to Corralejo
Corralejo is in the North and is one of the main tourist hub's - a lot livelier and popular with English tourists of all kinds, families, groups of friends and water sport enthusiasts! It is home to the Islands only water park, there is also a multiplex cinema and ten pin bowling ally.
The nightlife mainly centres around the Atlantico Commercial centre that has plenty of bars and restaurants in and surrounding it, this is where to go for a great night out! Whether you are looking to party the night away in one of the many bars or chill in the beautiful square close by listening to the evening entertainment in a variety of lovely restaurants that share this picturesque setting. Or maybe you'd prefer a seafront restaurant and just sit outside and watch the world go by! Whichever you preference you can find it in Corralejo and never be stuck for anything to do in the evening! Alternatively the majority of the main hotels in the resort have brilliant restaurants and a varied entertainment schedule which is perfect for those with the younger families!
The beaches in the town are smaller and great for sunbathing but if you want picturesque scenery or water sports then flag beach is the place to go it is popular with windsurfers and kite surfers. Flag beach is just outside Corralejo town, there are plenty of restaurants, bars and toilets around the beach and life guards patrol the area too! With its crystal clear water and white sand that goes on for miles it’s no wonder that its neighbouring sand dunes and part of this beach is used regularly for photo fashion shoots, TV advertisements, Music Videos and lots more!
If you are a bit more experienced with your water sports then there are plenty of other beaches - not suitable for sunbathing - but with great surfing and windsurfing waters around the northern coast, down the northern dirt road, close by to Corralejo which is why you'll find many bars and shops in the town dedicated to those water sport enthusiast's including the famous windsurfing bar 'corkys'.
From Corralejo you can have a lovely day out to the volcanic island of Lobos which is close to Fuerteventura, it is only approximately 6 square metres in area, and you can walk around the whole island within just 3 hours! It is a perfect day trip for walkers, nature and beach lovers with lots of secluded little beaches! Also you will find lots of keen surfers go there too! You can get a ferry from Corralejo harbour to the island which only takes about half an hour and runs regularly throughout the day all year round!
Corralejo is in the north of Fuerteventura it has a lovely warm climate all year round like the other islands in the Canaries, although as it is located in the north of the island it is a little chillier than in the south but still warm! At night during the winter months it can get chilly with a cold wind but it is still warm during the day with an average temperature through December to February of 63 Fahrenheit and during the summer rising to an average of 75 Fahrenheit! It rarely rains but again it is a little more likely during the winter months although still rare!

Directions from the Airport
Takes about 30 - 35 minutes.
REMEMBER TO DRIVE ON THE RIGHT!
Follow the road's arrows out of the airport.

Go anti-clockwise round roundabouts until you come to the main airport roundabout.

You're about to join the motorway. Follow the signs for Pto. del Rosario Corralejo.

You're only on the motorway a couple of minutes. Turn right and filter onto the motorway.


The final turn off sign doesn't say Corralejo. Take it anyway.
Turn right after the sign for Antigua La Oliva Corralejo.

The ringroad circles inland bypassing Puerto del Rosario.

Follow the signs to La Oliva until...

...you see the sign for Corralejo.

Go straight through the roundabout at the petrol station.

You can relax for a while now - you'll stay on this road all the way to Corralejo.

Welcome to La Oliva.

Go straight through the Parque Hollandes roundabout.

You'll now be in the sand dune area - a national reserve. The first collection of buildings you'll see (to the right) are not Corralejo. They're the suburbs of the two giant RIU hotels. Pass them by.

Follow this road and go straight over the next 2 roundabouts. Pass Hotel Papayago on the left hand side.
Take the third exit at the larger roundabout after Hotel Papagayo, signposted Villaverde.
You will see a football stadium on the right hand side and on the left hand side you will see a shopping centre. Carry on along the main road till you see a complex on the right hand side that has Tamaragua sign illuminated in green.

Turn into the Complex, go to the roundabout and take the third exit. This will take you pass the shopping centre and supermarket. Follow this road to the next roundabout, go around the roundabout and come back towards the shopping centre and take the 2nd turning on your right hand side.
Follow this to road to a T- junction and turn left.
The house is the 2nd building on your right hand side. (Number 7)
